A collaborative meeting sponsored by Pel and Blond organizations was held today at Ain Issa camp for displaced persons to discuss a number of issues of concern to youth, women and children.
The conference was attended by the administration of Ain Issa camp, leaders of the Syrian Democratic Forces, the Sports and Youth Officer in Bloemond, the UNHCR and a number of people.
The conference began with a silence minute for the souls of Shahid and a number of speeches were made which stressed the need to pay attention to sport and youth, and psychological and moral support for women and children.
After the discussions, a sports league was proposed, basketball and volleyball courts were established, and health awareness sessions were held, in which a name was proposed for the football tournament which will be played on Wednesday.
Mr. Jalal al-Ayyaf, the director of Ein Issa camp, called for the establishment of a cultural center for the camp to carry out intellectual awareness activities for residents. In his speech, the director of pel organization confirmed his organization’s support for all decisions taken at this conference.
The participants stressed the work with the Syrian democratic forces to consolidate the concept of the democratic nation through their work and reject any interference from any party among the components of this people.
At the end of the conference, 8 teams or sports teams were formed and the first match will be played on Friday at Ain Issa camp for the displaced and under the auspices of all parties concerned.
