A meeting of heads of organizations working in the north of Syria was held yesterday with the Development and Humanitarian Affairs Office of the Syrian Democratic Council at the Council’s headquarters in the town of Ain Issa, the first regular meeting of the new year.
The meeting was attended by more than 30 organizations operating in the northern regions of Syria. They discussed the current situation and the plan of action that was implemented in the recent period and the development of a new plan of action and discuss ways to implement it.
The meeting started with silence minute and Abdul Qader Al-Muhaid, the joint chair of Syrian Democratic Council, delivered a speech: “It has been a difficult year for us all to overcome all difficulties and obstacles with each other. I thank you all for your great efforts. During the meeting, they discussed the previous plan of action that was put in place and the activities of the organizations operating in the northern regions of Syria, and then discussed and studied a new plan of action and means of implementation and coordination among them to implement them fully and quickly during this new year.
The organizations confirmed that they had experienced many difficulties and obstacles in the previous year, but were able to overcome and overcome them through cooperation and coordination among themselves and with local councils and stakeholders.
The organizations have noted that they will do their utmost to work more and more quickly than before to be able to provide all that is needed for the needy and refugees fleeing fugitives.
