On 13-1-2018, the first founding conference of the Engineers’ Chamber was held in Raqqa, which will study and prepare plans for the reconstruction of Raqqa and the departments and governmental institutions and ways to implement them, contribute to the provision of work for engineers and set up seminars for engineers.
Where the conference began with a minute of silence on the souls of the martyrs has been thrown several words, including the speech of the Council of Syria’s democracy, which was made by Hassan Muhammad Ali, a member of the political body in the Council of Syria’s democracy, where he said:
The conference was attended by about 20 engineers from all engineering disciplines. The rules of procedure of the conference, which consists of 61 articles explaining the laws authorizing the engineer to work within this room, were presented.
In a meeting with Eng. Hassan Awad, a member of the founding committee, he pointed out some important points: “We held this conference and formed this room to frame the work in the governorate of Raqqa and to prepare the appropriate plans for the reconstruction of facilities and government departments and ways of implementing them on the ground. For the Chamber of Engineers and through it will work with all concerned parties.
In the same context, Al-Awad said: I call on all engineers at home and abroad to join this room and work for the city of Raqqa and reconstruction.
