Apart from the situation of war and current circumstances, Bell continues in coordination with the management of the Ain Issa camp to provide educational and recreational services to try to eliminate the dark thinking planted by terrorism in the minds of adults and young people, and to get them out of the atmosphere of war and asylum.
The organization opened the door to registration and enrollment in literacy courses, drawing and awareness classes against mines and their dangers as well as recreational activities for the people of the camp.
New courses were opened for music teaching, special lessons for children to listen to stories, a small playground for the camp was established, and a large theater hall was set up.

Mahmoud Abu Samra, a resident of the camp, expressed his delight at the services provided by the camp administration and the organization, especially for the children who are the most affected by this war. He also said that his children benefited from the courses and the games they play.
