Tuwaina’s domestication station goes back to work again with greater productivity
Hasakah – After the maintenance works were completed, Tuwaina’s domestication station returned to work again. Hankarat were equipped with heaters, feed machines and water strips for the chickens, and the floor was covered by wood sawing after sterilization.
The head of the Union of Cooperatives in Hasakah city Waelat Ibrahim said: that the chickens were imported from the hatch of Qamishli city, and the project was expanded to six henkarats after it was working in one hankarat to increase production and self-sufficiency of poultry meat, He pointed out that the single henkr can accommodate 1300 chicken in the winter and 10000 chicken during the summer.
The periodic inspection and follow-up of the chicken’ health are done by a specialist veterinarian, until they are marketed at the age of 40-45 / day.
It is worth to mention that the management of domestication station received 20,400 chicken and were deposited in the fifth unit, which is divided into two Henkarat.
