The Health Committee closes a milk factory in the southern countryside of Raqqa
Al-Raqqa – The Health Committee of the Civil Council of Raqqa closed a factory during a tour on cheese and dairy factories in the southern countryside Raqqa in order to examine the conditions inside the laboratories, oversees its working mechanism and to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the materials.
The factory was shut down because of its owner did not pay attention to the hygiene of the factory and the accumulation of some rust in the machines and non-adherence to clothes. They had warned the owner of the factory twice in order to abide the laws. That is why the factory was closed for three days.
During the tour, another laboratory was alerted to abide by the laws for public safety from germs and dirt, save metal utensils from rust and keeping products in a cool and dry place. The committee warned the owner of the factory not to violate the safety laws.
The vice of the co-chair of the Health Committee, Mohammed Aboud confirmed that the Committee closed one of the milk factories in Al-Sahal area after warning it more than once to abide by the safety and hygiene laws.
