The commander-in-chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces, “Mazloum Abdi”, received today, Wednesday, the chieftains of Deir Ezzor clans in order to listen to the concerns and problems of the people of the region and to build a future participatory vision.
Tribal sheikhs conveyed the messages of Deir Ezzor’s people which related to the security, economic and health realities, and the necessity of rehabilitating the civil administrations. The sheikhs also reiterated their support to the SDF and demanded that the issue of women and children in the camps be solved.
For his part, the Commander in Chief, Mazloum Abdi, expressed the commitment of the Syrian Democratic Forces to protect the residents of Deir Ezzor from the remaining cells of ISIS, through continuous coordination with the international coalition forces and the conduct of ongoing raids on their dens.
He also stressed the follow-up of the file of those in the camps in addition to working to improve the economic reality in all its aspects, and to provide job opportunities.
