Elham Ahmed stressed that the efforts exerted by the struggle against terrorism “ISIS” have made 73 countries support the Civil Council for Reconstruction and raise the obstacles that hinder the task of the Council, Elham Ehmed stated that all countries that support the so-called opposition, realized that they are waste of time and a historical mistake which the Western Countries made.
