Completion of 75% of the sewage project in Ain Issa camp
In order to maintain the overall hygiene and complete the projects that serve Ain Issa camp and equip it with all services, the Civil Council of AL Raqqa and the Office of Organizations in cooperation with the Department of Ein Issa camp and UNICEF implemented the sewage project in Ein Issa camp, which started on 15/7/2017.
Eng. Fadel Al Abbas, the project’s executive director, said that 75% of the project has been completed, and 3,800 meters of sewage pipes have been drilled and 25 sanitary units have been installed.Each unit includes a number of bathrooms and laundries as well as the installation and distribution of water tanks in the camp.
This project serves the camp for its role in maintaining the general cleanliness of the camp, and work is underway to complete the remainder of the project despite some difficulties in the progress of work. It is worth mentioning that this project is one of the most important projects that have been completed in the camp.
Several projects have been completed in the camp, including lighting on solar energy, 45 kitchen, 50 water tanks, 2000 liters, Build a fence around the camp to protect it.
