Reconstruction Committee of Raqqa Civil Council opened yesterday a training course for engineers to qualify them to work within the Euphrates program for the reconstruction of Raqqa city.
The course includes 37 specialized engineers from the committee. This session is to raise the capacity of the members of the reconstruction committee to manage the reconstruction projects in the city of Raqqa.
The engineers will be distributed as supporting administrators and engineers who will oversee the development projects in the city.
These offices are supported by the Office of Engineers in order to study and implement all the projects (Financial, media, translation, communication, database management).
Ibrahim al-Hassan, head of the reconstruction committee in the Civil Council, said that the management of the reconstruction committee worked on forming a plan before liberating Raqqa, including cleaning the rubble and mines, removing the bodies under the rubble, rehabilitating the water network, sewage and electricity.

This program is a training program for all tasks and they also have the ” Raqqa City Response Program.” They are now working on this training program so that all members are ready for Raqqa city.
Work is now underway between the Reconstruction Committee and the Syrian Democratic Council in coordination with the Civil Council to clean the city, including rubble, mines and open streets.
