Raqqa- early intervention team has completed the project of lighting the streets of Raqqa city through solar energy, detecting old devices and changing batteries and chargers.
The team replaced 12 solar panels as that was confirmed by Abdullah Al-Khalif, the project manager for lighting of Raqqa’s streets.
