Raqqa Civil Council visits the People with Special Needs’s Center in Karama

Raqqa – The Office of the Special Needs of Raqqa Civil Council, accompanied by Mishlab Al-Darwish, co-chair of the Council, visited the “Safe Childhood” Center of Enmaa Al Karama organization.

Amira al-Hassan, the co-chair of People with Special Needs Office of Raqqa Civil Council said: the aim of the visit was to provide a small part of the moral support for disabled children by participating them in games, drawing and other activities so that do not feel that they are different from others.

Al-Hassan also thanked Al-Karama Organization for the opening of the Safe Childhood Center because it helps children with special needs and makes them as persons who have an active role in society.

During the visit, a theater performance inspired of cartoon characters as part of the entertainment for children was presented and with their participation.
