The municipalities of people and owners of real estate offices gathered in one meeting

 

Raqqa – The municipality of people held a meeting for the owners of real estate offices. There are 150 office in Raqqa and its countryside. They met each other in order to discuss the issues related to real estate, licenses and sales contracts and unite their work.

Co-chair of the municipality of people, the Local Administration and Municipalities Committee, the Internal Security Forces, the Social Justice Committee and the owners of the real estate offices attended the meeting. The meeting began with a silence minute in the memory of martyrs lives. In the meeting, the attendees discussed topics like renting houses, selling it and standardization of prices according to the laws and conditions issued by the municipality of people in Raqqa.

One of the decisions which were made in the meeting were as the following: the owner of the real estate should be from Raqqa city and is committed to all decisions issued by the democratic civil administration of Raqqa city. These conditions have been agreed upon by the owners of the real estate offices in Raqqa and its countryside. Their work will be carried out within these laws and conditions and everyone who violates these points will be punished legally.

 

The vice of the co-chair of the municipality of people Ibrahim El-Rashid delivered a speech. He said: the meeting was held with the owners of the real estate offices in the city of Raqqa to find out the most important issues related to the real estate issues in Raqqa and the problems that the owners of the offices and official departments are facing due to the work which is almost illegal.”

He added: “We left an old stage with no law, and our entry under the law requires us to work more formally in order to maintain the property of civilians and real estate and a work arrangement between real estate and municipal offices.”
