Tabqa – The Military Council of Tabqa, opened today its headquarters in the city, with the participation of delegations from the Civil Administration, the Council of the families of martyrs and a number of leaders of the Syrian Democratic Forces.
The headquarters, which includes 21 offices, will manage the affairs of the members and provide them with services.
The Council’s leader Mohammed Raouf said that the opening of the headquarters is linked to the restructuring phase of the Syrian democratic forces based on the establishment of troops and management themselves through local cadres running their areas from all aspects under the umbrella of their local military councils.
At the end of his speech, Rauf explained that the councils will be empowered to make and implement decisions regarding the areas they manage.
