50 trainees in the health education course in Raqqa
Raqqa – 50 trainees from Raqqa’s Youth Council joined the fourth nursing course to promote health situation in the city. The trainees will receive theoretical and practical lessons on the first aid at the martyr Mohammed al-Khalil military hospital in Raqqa.
The co-chair of the student committee Israa Al-Hussein confirmed that the committee is working on several projects, including a nursing course in coordination with the Women’s Union. The trainees receive theoretical lessons and after the test, those who will pass it will be qualified to work at a practical section at the martyr Mohammed Khalil military hospital.
She added that successful women are given certificates of health educator after gaining experience in the first aid and how to deal with wounds, burns, injections, and serums.
Al-Hussein pointed out that these trainees after the end of the course will be involved in healthy activities such as vaccine campaigns and nomination to health centers in the city and its countryside.
