IDPs from the occupied areas: ” We had to eat barley because of the blockade imposed by the Turkish occupation”

A new batch of IDPs coming from the occupied areas in Tal Abyad and Ain Issa vicinity have reached The areas of the Autonomous Administrations in north and eastern Syria after a long suffering under the blockade imposed by the Turkish occupation.
According to them, The Turkish occupation have prevented the residents in the occupied areas from leaving their villages for a long time, but recently, it allowed them to leave one time every four months.
They confirmed that they had to eat barley instead of bread because the blockade imposed by the Turkish occupation on foodstuff and preventing the residents from leaving their villages.
Our SDF have secured the IDPs in The Autonomous Administration regions and provide them with essential humanitarian aid.
