On February 1, our SDF Special Units conducted a precise and robust operation in Raqqa city and arrested the administrator of the so-called “Wilayah al-Sham, Khalaf Abdullah, aka Abu Obeida al-Shami, who was hiding in the al-Rumeilah neighborhood.
According to initial interrogations, the terrorist al-Shami admitted to his responsibility for running the administrative affairs of ISIS, especially wounded terrorists and families of killed ISIS terrorists.
