Our forces are investigating the causes and motives of an individual clash that took place this morning between a fighter from the Self-Defense Forces of NE Syria and a soldier belonging to the Damascus government forces in the village of Hatla, Deir Ezzor eastern countryside. The clash claimed the lives of both the Self-Defense fighter and the Damascus government soldier. However, the situation in the region remains normal.
