On September 15, the Martyr Chiya Ross Academy of self-defense forces in the al-Jazira region concluded a training course named after the martyr “Muthanna Ali Al-Ahmad.”. Thirty-nine fighters successfully graduated from the academy. The 60-day course encompassed a comprehensive curriculum, including political, intellectual, and military training. The graduation ceremony was attended by prominent figures from the defense and self-defense forces, Syrian Democratic Forces, civil and military institutions, and the graduates’ families.
The ceremony commenced with a solemn minute of silence to honor the martyrs. Following this, the fighters showcased their military prowess through a parade. Faisal Qamishlo, a commander of the Self-Defense Forces, delivered a speech in which he congratulated the graduates and commemorated the sacrifices of all martyrs. He emphasized the critical importance of strong, well-trained fighters in the current revolutionary era.
Concluding his speech, “Faisal” reiterated the commitment of the Self-Defense Forces to uphold the legacy of the martyrs and safeguard the gains of the revolution until ultimate victory is achieved. The ceremony concluded with the fighters taking the military oath.
