Joint Anti-ISIS Operation | An ISIS Terrorist Cell Dismantled in Deir Ezzor Northern Countryside

On November 13, our anti-terrorism unit YAT, with the participation and support of the international coalition forces, conducted a security operation targeting an ISIS terrorist cell in Wadi al-Ahmar village, al-Dashisha town, Deir Ezzo northern countryside.
Based on precise intelligence and monitoring, our forces raided the hideout where the terrorist cell was hiding and issued a call for surrender, as a result, two ISIS cell terrorists were captured and seized the following:
– Ak-47 rifle /1/
– Ak-47 magazines /3/
– Smartphones /5/
– Mobile phones /2/
The two captured terrorists were involved in terrorist attacks against security and military installations, as well as civic facilities in the region.
Our forces remain resolute in their commitment to eradicating ISIS cells, eliminating their threats to the region and the world, and upholding civil security and peace in our areas.
