Operation Enduring Security | Day Four Update
On the fourth day of Operation Enduring Security, the joint forces continued combing and searching in and around the al-Hol camp to dismantle ISIS terrorist cells.
The forces managed to capture ten ISIS terrorist cells that had been involved in terrorist acts and were preparing for other terrorist attacks.
The forces completed a thorough search of the “Female Migrants” (ISIS women) section in the camp, where they discovered a decaying body of a woman who had been tortured and killed by the terrorist women of the so-called “Hisba.” A body sample was collected to identify the victim and initiate an investigation. Additionally, the forces uncovered in the same section two trenches used to conceal weapons and members of the so-called “Cubs of the Caliphate” (ISIS’ teenagers). A quantity of supplies intended for military purposes was also found.
Beyond the search operations, the forces conducted a census, checked resident records, and interrogated eight ISIS women suspected of recent intimidation and torture activities.
Furthermore, the inspection and vetting of the third section was completed.
This morning (the fifth day of the operation), the forces commenced searches in section one while continuing operations in the “Female Migrants” section.
The forces of Operation Enduring Security remain steadfast in their commitment to cleansing the al-Hol camp and its surroundings of ISIS terrorist cells and other criminal elements. The operation will continue until its objectives are fully achieved, ensuring the protection of the people and creating a safer environment for the camp’s residents.
