Large-scale Anti-ISIS Operation | Dozens of ISIS Suspects captured in the al-Hasakah Environs

Today morning, April 20, our SDF special military operations units, alongside the Women’s Protection Units YPJ and the Internal Security Forces conducted a large-scale special operation on the outskirts the al-Hasakah City. The operation resulted in the capturing of 38 ISIS cell suspects in addition to seizing a quantity of weapons and ammunition they possessed.  According to initial information, the captured suspects were planning to carry out terrorist acts against the city’s residents. Our forces are committed to dismantling the remnants of ISIS terrorist cells and ensuring the safety and security of our region.
